Holiday Inn Express Savannah S I95 - Richmond Hill by IHG

Nice enough hotel, not the best HIE I've ever stayed in but far from the worst. Looks recently remodeled and they did a good job. Pros: No stinky carpets. Comfy beds and pillows. Cold ac upon arrival. Clean room. Lovely breakfast lady (Wednesday person). Front desk girl was helpful. Con: Lobby scent machine is over powering. Room doors slam. The towels are small and scratchy. Supervisor (I think) was not welcoming or kind. It was nice the hotel isn't immediately off the interstate so it's less noisy. However, heavy traffic area but that's expected in Richmond Hill.

I stayed here one night, just passing through, but I have to say this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced! The room was modern and spacious, super clean and the bed quite comfortable. The hot breakfast was among the best I've ever had. To top it off I mistakenly left a fairly expensive set of headphones behind and didn't realize they were missing until I got home 2 days later (and 300+ miles away). When I called to see , they had found them and put them aside for me. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and will stay again when I'm on that route!

Stayed here recently. The hotel is either new or has gone through a renovation as all the furniture fixtures decor and flooring is new and clean. The room was nice, everything was clean, coffee and tea were provided, bed and pillows were comfortable (SO important). Service at the front desk was a bit lacking. When we checked in, service was okay, but when we checked out the clerk at the desk made us feel like we were bothering her for being there. We realize people have bad days, but Not a huge incentive for a repeat visit.

Where to start! The front desk ladies were absolutely delightful. Very friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and plenty of options. After we checked out we had an issue with our vehicle that the staff quickly jumped in to help and went above and beyond!!! These are amazing people and an amazing stay. I genuinely cannot say enough good things! Wish there were more than 5 stars I could give!

This is a newer hotel, with big wide, carpeted stairs which is nice if you prefer steps over elevators. The gym is small but well equipped, the hot breakfast was decent and we especially appreciated the free EV car chargers. There are 2 double chargers for a total of 4 chargers. We charged at 48 amps and a little over 11kwh.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Savannah there. Help was polite and helpful. Facility was clean and nice. Our room was comfortable. Would stay there again.

I loved the room! It was big, had a couch and coffee table too. Spaceous and comfortable. Soft beds and nice pillows. My only complaint is that the shower was not very clean. There was a lot of random hair in it. Breakfast was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our relaxing stay on our drive through to Florida. Friendly and smiling greeting is the best way to start a stay, and they delivered. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet (I will say we had an issue with our first room which they promptly rectified). Comfortable bed which led to a nice, quiet, and lengthy sleep. The breakfast (thanks to the Crocheting hopeful host) was great and well up to IHG standards. The costa coffee machine gives my coffee drinking spouse a real flavorful cup of coffee. Kudo's to IHG for installing these. Because of Hotels like this we have become hampton converts to IHG.
